Niteesa is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fleete. She is a lifelong athlete, competing in track, soccer, and cheerleading. Her love for sports spawned at the young age of 5 when she played on her father’s all boys soccer team. She competed as a Division 1 track and field athlete at Long Island University Brooklyn. She is an alumni of Columbia University, where she completed a Master of Science in Social Work. She’s presented at national and regional Association for Applied Sport Psychology Conferences on topics such as female sport activism, colorism and media representations of African American women in sports, winning awards for her research. Niteesa is the recipient of the NCCA Ethnic Minority and Women’s Enhancement Graduate Scholarship.

Niteesa is a Senior Associate at Evidation Health. She is passionate about women’s empowerment and sport youth development and will continue to integrate her love for sports as a catalyst for social and gender equality.  Her personal successes and challenges as a female athlete coupled with her drive to solve social challenges inspired her to co-found Fleete. In Niteesa’s spare time you can find her at the kickboxing gym, writing, or spending time with her family.

Josephine watson

Josephine Watson is the Co-Founder and COO of Fleete. She is an alumni of Columbia University, where she obtained a Master’s of Science in Nonprofit Management. Josephine is former Division I Track and Field Student-Athlete at Long Island University Brooklyn where she obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Sports Management. She is also the Assistant Director of Finance Operations of Undergraduate Student Life in Columbia College/SEAS at Columbia University. Furthermore, Josephine is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. 

Josephine’s current goals are to help like minded women like herself strengthen their overall mental health and confidence in an effort to present themselves as strong leaders of society. Her long term goals include establishing her own Nonprofit Management Consulting agency and building and diversifying her investment portfolio. 

For fun, Josephine loves spending quality time with her friends and family, traveling, experiencing different cultures and heavy lifting at the gym.
