The Fleete Mentorship program is an eight-month program that focuses on the all-around personal and professional development of female student athletes. Our mentorship program is designed to connect former female athletes to current female athletes in an effort to improve the mentee’s overall development and provide proper guidance on their respective journeys.  Fleete mentors will extend their support while mentees are evolve as a young women and athletes. Each month focuses on specific areas of a student-athlete’s life like balancing academic workload, managing familial and social relationships, financial planning, and transitioning from college athletics. The overarching goal is to address key challenges female athletes encounter throughout middle school, high school, college and post-graduation while empowering female athletes to pursue audacious goals and overcome challenges head on.

The opportunity of becoming a mentor is an experience that will undoubtedly last a lifetime. Not only will you walk away from the Fleete Mentorship program with a sense of tremendous accomplishment and fulfillment but you will also assist in the transformations of young female student-athletes’ lives, everywhere. The relationships you develop with your mentee will help shape the outcomes of a student-athlete’s journey throughout academia and beyond. Former and current female-athletes understand the complexity of navigating different challenges within the sports. Thus, our desire to invite and welcome female-athlete mentors is crucial in effectively guiding young women through the very same challenges that are still common today. 

The application below is strategically designed to capture information pertaining to your personality, athletic career, goals and current occupation in order to create the perfect match to your prospective mentee. We offer mentorship services to middle school, high school, and college female student-athletes. Please ensure that you provide as much detail as possible so that we can generate worthwhile connections.
